工匠精神培育中的非正式制度研究

Study on the Informal Institutions of Craftsmanship Cultivation from the Perspective of Vocational Education

新时代培育工匠精神已成为国家意志与全民共识。工匠精神的培育同时受正式制度和非正式制度影响。当前一些不合时宜的职业价值观、浮躁的社会心态、较低的职业教育社会认同度等非正式制度均对工匠精神的培育产生着消极影响,为此要通过社会及职业院校的共同努力构建与工匠精神培育相适应的非正式制度。

It has become the will and consensus of the nation to cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship in the new era.The cultivation of craftsmanship is influenced by both formal and informal institutions.At present,some informal institutions such as inappropriate vocational values,social mentality of eagerness for quick success and immediate gain,and low social recognition of vocational education all have a negative impact on the cultivation of craftsmanship.Therefore,it is necessary to build informal institutions suitable for the cultivation of craftsmanship through the joint efforts of the society and vocational colleges.
