清初四川巡抚驻地变迁研究

Research on Residence Relocation of Sichuan Governor in the Early Qing Dynasty

清承明制,在多省设置巡抚,四川即设四川巡抚。清初四川常年动荡,地方建置多有调整,甚为复杂。清初四川巡抚设于何时,又驻于何处,存有顺治元年、顺治三年、顺治四年、顺治五年多种说法。通过史料考证,四川巡抚于顺治元年虚设,顺治三年委署,顺治五年实设,以成都为驻所的记载不符史实。出于现实原因,顺治一朝的四川巡抚多驻于保宁,保宁成为当时实际之省会。至顺治十八年,四川巡抚的治所方移至成都。

The Qing Dynasty inherited the administration division system of the Ming Dynasty and set up provincial governors in many provinces,including Sichuan province.Sichuan was in turmoil all year round in the early Qing Dynasty and the administration division was complex.There are many opinions about when and where Sichuan governor was established in the early Qing Dynasty.Through textual research from historical materials,it is found that the Governor of Sichuan was nominally established in the first year of Shunzhi reign,and was appointed in the third year and practically established in the fifth year of Shunzhi reign.The record that Sichuan Governor was stationed in Chengdu is inconsistent with historical facts.Due to the embarrassment of reality,most of the Sichuan Governors during Shunzhi reign were stationed in Baoning,which became the provincial capital in practice at that time.It was not until the 18th year of Shunzhi that the Sichuan Governor relocated to Chengdu.
