随着“一带一路”的持续推进,中国农业企业“走出去”成为扩大市场、拓展发展空间的有效方式,目前主要通过海外并购、农资和农产品出口、农业合作开发参与国际项目,虽然取得了较为丰硕的成果,但也暴露出人才匮乏、融资困难、国外市场难以掌握等问题。针对以上情况,应系统谋划合作方式、统筹产业布局、出台支持政策,引导农业企业贯通全产业链,鼓励大型企业发挥带头引领作用,同时要重视农业科技人才和海外复合型管理人才的培养。

With the continuous promotion of the"the Belt and Road",the"going out"of Chinese agricultural enterprises has become an effective way to expand the market and expand the development space.At present,they mainly participate in international projects through overseas mergers and acquisitions,agricultural materials and agricultural products export,and agricultural cooperative development.Although they have achieved relatively fruitful results,they also exposed problems such as talent shortage,financing difficulties,and difficulty in mastering foreign markets.In view of the above situations,it is necessary to systematically plan cooperation methods,coordinate industrial layout,issue support policies,guide agricultural enterprises to connect the whole industrial chain,encourage large enterprises to play a leading role,and attach importance to the training of agricultural science and technology talents and overseas compound management talents.
