大学生志愿服务乡村文化振兴的意义与路径研究

A Study on the Significance and Path of College Students'Volunteer Service for Rural Cultural Revitalization

志愿服务在国家政府的支持下得到了快速发展,大学生志愿服务的介入范围也得到有效拓展,其中通过组织大学生志愿服务乡村文化振兴,对乡村文化传承、建设及发展拥有鲜明的现实意义。文章结合大学生在文化服务中的现实意义,提出优化机制、加强培训及优化管理体系等策略,以期提升大学生志愿服务乡村文化振兴的有效性。

With the support of the national government,voluntary service has developed rapidly,and the scope of college students'voluntary service has also been effectively expanded.Among them,by organizing college students to volunteer for the revitalization of rural culture,it has a distinct practical significance for the inheritance,construction and development of rural culture.Based on the practical significance of college students in cultural service,this paper proposes strategies such as optimizing the mechanism,strengthening training and optimizing the management system,in order to enhance the effectiveness of college students'voluntary service for rural cultural revitalization.
