Numerous college fudaoyuan are now confronted with career dilemma because of their students and the working environment,who often feeling internal anxiety,external pressure,panic about professional ability and job burnout.To solve the career dilemma,fudaoyuan need to fully understand the new characteristics of contemporary college students,constantly strengthen their beliefs,improve their professional capabilities and carry out multiple cooperation.At the same time,colleges and universities are also required to take responsibility and provide stronger support and guarantee for the work of fudaoyuan.
