With the rapid development of Internet technology and information and communication technology,various modern new technologies are constantly changing the form and way of archives management,and how to do a good job of adult education archives management in higher education institutions is a key topic that must be deeply discussed in modern colleges and universities.In order to explore the problems of adult education file management in higher education institutions and put forward effective measures,this paper summarizes the problems and analyzes them from the importance of adult education file management,combined with the actual file management in local colleges and universities,and deeply analyzes the optimization and innovation strategies of adult education file management from many angles,so as to provide the basis for the subsequent innovation of adult file management in colleges and universities.
