The Evolution and Fundamental Characteristics of Lenin's Ideas on Labour Education

从社会主义革命时期、社会主义建设时期到社会主义发展时期,列宁的劳动教育思想经历了三次转变。在社会主义革命时期,列宁强调必须通过对劳动者的教育来培养工人阶级的政治意识,建立工人革命家队伍。在社会主义建设时期,列宁强调发挥劳动教育的经济建设功能和在团结劳动群众中的关键作用。在社会主义发展时期,列宁强调要通过劳动教育来净化党内空气,要坚持教育与生产劳动相结合,要充分发挥义务劳动的教育作用。列宁劳动教育思想的根本特点,在于继承、发展和初步实践了马克思主义劳动教育思想。

Lenin's idea of labour education has undergone three changes from the period of socialist revolution,the period of socialist construction to the period of socialist development.During the period of socialist revolution,Lenin emphasised the need to cultivate the political consciousness of the working class and build up the ranks of workersrevolutionaries through the education of labourers.During the period of socialist construction,Lenin em-phasised the economic building function of labour education and its key role in uniting the working masses.In the period of socialist development,Lenin emphasised the need to purify the air within the Party through labour educa-tion,to insist on combining education with productive labour,and to give full play to the educational role of com-pulsory labour.The fundamental feature of Lenin's thought on labour education lies in the inheritance,development and initial practice of the Marxist idea of labour education.
