摘要
数字孪生系统用户界面决定着整个复杂系统的用户体验质量。为应对不同应用场景与用户认知对数字孪生系统用户界面设计的需求,基于质量屋将信息需求转化为设计要素需求,利用设计要素之间的相互影响关系对结果进行修正,得到不同数字孪生应用场景对应的设计要素需求权重,以指导优化设计并提高用户界面的可用性。实验表明,版式秩序性、颜色对比度和图形立体度3项是影响风电能源管理数字孪生系统用户界面体验最关键的设计要素。最后通过眼动追踪可用性实验对比数字孪生系统优化前后的设计界面实例,计算出3项设计要素与系统有效性、效率、满意度等的相关性,验证了基于质量屋优化界面设计方法的有效性与可行性。
User Interface determines the user experience quality of the whole digital twin system.Aiming at the issue of diversified user interface design requirements for digital twin systems resulting from different application scenarios and different user cognition,the information requirements were converted into design element requirements according to the House of Quality(HOQ),and results were corrected allowing the influence of design element interrelationships.Corresponding to the different digital twin application scenarios,the design element requirements weights were obtained to guide the optimal design and improve the usability of user interface.Experiment results showed that the layout order,color contrast and 3D graph were the three most important factors for user interface design of wind turbine energy management digital twin system.The influence of three design factors on the system usability was analyzed by comparing a series of optimization design cases through eye-tracking and other usability test methods,and the validity and feasibility of the proposed method were proved.
