摘要
针对机械加工车间能耗规律复杂、设备状态时变性强导致能效实时全面监测困难的问题,提出一种基于数字孪生的机械加工车间多级能效监测方法。通过分析机械加工车间的多源能耗特性,建立机械加工车间多级能效监测指标体系;提出机械加工车间多源异构数据的获取方法,并构建事件与实时数据驱动的机械加工车间实时映射模型;基于碰撞检测与布尔运算的物理模型动态判别机床运行状态,进而获得基于数字孪生的机械加工车间多级能效监测方法。以某机床企业机械加工车间为应用案例,验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。
Due to the difficulty of implementing general energy consumption rules and capturing the time-varying equipment statuses that caused energy efficiency cannot be accurately and thoroughly monitored in real time in machining workshops,a multi-stage energy efficiency monitoring based on digital twin was proposed.A multi-level energy efficiency monitoring index system for machining workshops was established by analyzing the characteristics of multiple sources there regarding energy consumption.A method of acquiring heterogeneous data from multiple sources in machining workshops was proposed,and a real-time mapping model based on events and real-time data was constructed.A physical model involving collision detection and Boolean operations was formed to help dynamically distinguish the operating states of machine tools,which contributed to the digital twin-driven method to monitor energy efficiency for multi-level machine workshops.The effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method were verified by a real-life case study carried out in a workshop producing machine tools.
