间隙单元与杆单元在C型LPG船强度计算对比

摘要 针对C型独立舱式LPG运输船结构强度计算中,层压木结构不能承受拉力的接触问题,采用MSC.Patran的杆单元、间隙单元两种方法模拟层压木进行结构强度计算.基于PCL语言进行二次开发,实现杆单元迭代计算自动化,提高计算效率.依据规范要求,建立相关舱段模型并对其进行加载,对比分析两种方法得到的船体结构应力.结果表明:两种方法计算结果相当,验证间隙单元模拟层压木接触问题的可靠性与有效性. In order to solve the contact problem that the laminated wood structure cannot bear the tensile force in the structural strength calculation of C-type independent cabin LPG carrier,MSC.Patran’s rod element and gap element were used to simulate the laminated wood for structural strength calculation.Based on PCL language,the second development was carried out to realize the automation of iterative calculation of bar element and improve the calculation efficiency.According to the requirements of the code,the relevant cabin model was established and loaded,and the stress of the hull structure obtained by the two methods was compared and analyzed.The results show that the calculation results of the two methods are equivalent,which verifies the reliability and effectiveness of the gap element in simulating the contact problem of laminated wood,and provides a new idea for solving this problem.
