GFRP型材加固混凝土梁的抗弯承载能力试验研究

摘要 文中进行了GFRP型材加固RC梁的四点弯曲试验.结果表明:在加固梁端部两侧全高度粘贴碳纤维(CFRP)布可以防止箱型GFRP型材与RC梁之间的剥离破坏,该梁端锚固方式下加固RC梁的承载能力相比RC梁提高了1倍;在加固梁端部截面缠绕一层CFRP布可以防止H字型GFRP型材与混凝土梁之间的剥离破坏,该梁端锚固方式下加固RC梁的承载能力相比RC梁提高了50%.采用试验梁的数据评估现有规范公式的适用性,发现现有规范不能准确预测GFRP型材加固RC梁的抗弯承载能力. The four-point bending test of RC beams strengthened with GFRP profiles was carried out.The results show that sticking carbon fiber(CFRP)sheets on both sides of the end of the reinforced beam can prevent the peeling failure between the box-shaped GFRP profiles and the RC beams,and the bearing capacity of the reinforced RC beams is doubled compared with that of the RC beams under the anchorage mode of the beam ends.Wrapping a layer of CFRP cloth around the end section of the reinforced beam can prevent the peeling failure between the H-shaped GFRP profile and the concrete beam,and the bearing capacity of the reinforced RC beam is 0.5 times higher than that of the RC beam under this beam end anchorage mode.The data of experimental beams are used to evaluate the applicability of the existing codes and formulas,and it is found that the existing codes cannot accurately predict the flexural capacity of RC beams strengthened with GFRP profiles.
