中国东部沿海粮食主销区小麦生产现状分析与发展对策——以浙江省宁波地区为例

Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Wheat Production in the Main Grain Sales Areas along the East Coast of China——Taking Ningbo,Zhejiang Province as an Example

小麦是中国重要的粮食作物,对维护国家粮食安全具有重要意义。基于中国东部沿海粮食主销区小麦面积、单产和总产等相关数据,结合小麦品种和病害发生情况,分析当前小麦生产发展中存在的主要制约因素。结果表明,当前东部沿海主销区小麦产业中存在生产成本高、天气多变、小麦病害重等导致减产减收制约因素。为提高中国东部沿海主销区粮食自给率以及综合生产能力,针对生产中存在的问题,从加强小麦生产政策扶持、提升小麦耕地生产能力、研发与推广先进种植管理技术、提高技术推广到位率、推动小麦生产规模化高效化发展等方面,提出了促进中国东部沿海粮食主销区小麦及粮食生产发展的对策建议。

Wheat is an important grain crop in China,which is of great significance for maintaining national food security.Based on relevant data on wheat area,yield per unit area,and total yield in the main sales areas of grain in the east coast of China,combined with the occurrence of varieties and diseases,the main constraints in the current development of wheat production were analyzed.The results indicated that there are high production costs,variable weather conditions,and severe wheat diseases in the wheat industry development in the main sales areas of the east coast of China,which lead to reduced production and income.In order to improve the self-sufficiency rate and comprehensive production capacity of grain in the main sales areas of the east coast of China,in response to the problems in production,countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of wheat and grain production in the main grain sales areas along the east coast of China were put forward from strengthening policy support for wheat production,improving the production capacity of wheat farmland,researching and promoting advanced planting management technologies,improving the rate of technology promotion,and promoting the large-scale and efficient development of wheat production.
