摘要
切实保障猪肉食品安全,实现猪肉产业高质量发展是国家和社会关注的重点。基于区块链的猪肉供应链追溯系统,为解决传统追溯系统应用中面临的可信度不高、数据不完整等问题提供了思路和解决方法。在梳理猪肉供应链的基础上,从供应链视角出发,结合区块链技术的优势特点,提出基于区块链的猪肉供应链追溯系统框架,并探讨系统实现的关键技术。该追溯系统采用三层架构,基于联盟链准入机制,并赋予不同供应链主体不同的角色权限,引入监管者角色作为系统保障,通过合理完善的智能合约实现数据操作及各项交易,串联起整个供应链流程。基于区块链的猪肉供应链追溯系统框架从技术层面保证了追溯信息的完整性、可靠性和安全性,是增强追溯信息可信度、保障信息完整性、优化数据存储结构的有效解决方案。
To ensure pork food safety and to achieve high-quality development of pork industry is the focus of the state and society.The blockchain-based pork supply chain traceability system provides a solution to the problems of untrustworthy and incomplete data in traditional traceability system applications.Based on combing the process of pork traceability,from the perspective of the supply chain,combined with the advantages of blockchain technology,the framework of traceability system based on blockchain was put forward,and the key techniques of system implementation were discussed.The traceability system has three layers and is accessed through the alliance chain,different supply chain entities are endowed with different permissions,regulators are plugged into the system as a safeguard,data manipulation and transactions are implemented through smart contracts,which connect the entire supply chain process.The framework of the pork supply chain traceability system based on blockchain ensures the integrity,reliability and security of traceability information at a technical level,it is an effective way to enhance the credibility of traceability information,guarantee the integrity of information,and optimize the data storage structure.
