高校学业指导如何“赋能”学生——以中国香港大学为例

摘要 学业指导符合我国现阶段对高等教育高品质发展的诉求,强调以学生为中心。中国香港大学本科生学业指导是全频谱体系。基于学生赋权增能的理论基础,明晰其学业指导赋能学生的路径机制。在组织层面,以独立机构和专职工作人员为基础,形成多元化指导顾问及学业指导模式;在技术层面,关注整体性学业指导以及学校和学业指导办公室开发的资源;在文化层面,以学术性赋权增能、社会性赋权增能和政治性赋权增能为观照,通过教师充当资源协调者的角色,满足学生学术性赋权增能;通过师生或生生双向互动,实现学生社会性赋权增能;通过学生自主性和独立意识的培养,促成学生政治性赋权增能。这对我国其他高校学业指导的可持续发展具有借鉴意义。 Academic advising is in line with China’s current demand for the development of higher educa-tion,which emphasizes student-centeredness.The academic advising for undergraduates of University of Hong Kong is a comprehensive university-wide system.Based on the theoretical basis of students’empowerment,this paper clarifies the path mechanism of University of Hong Kong’s academic advising to empower students.At the organizational level,based on independent institutions and full-time staff,the academic advising for undergradu-ates of University of Hong Kong forms a diversified advising consultant and academic advising model;at the tech-nical level,the academic advising for undergraduates of University of Hong Kong focuses on overall academic ad-vising and academic advising resources developed by the school and AAO;at the cultural level,the academic advising for undergraduates of University of Hong Kong takes academic empowerment,social empowerment and political empowerment as its perspectives,and uses teachers as resource coordinators to satisfy the students’aca-demic empowerment;the academic advising for undergraduates of University of Hong Kong realizes the students’social empowerment through the two-way interaction between teachers and students or students;the academic ad-vising for undergraduates of University of Hong Kong achieves students’society empowerment through the culti-vation of student autonomy and independent consciousness.The academic advising for undergraduates of Univer-sity of Hong Kong has reference significance for the sustainable development of academic advising of other uni-versities in our country.
