家庭社会经济地位对青少年体育锻炼行为的影响:父母生活习惯的中介作用

Influence of Family Socioeconomic Status on Physical Exercise Behavior of Adolescents:the Mediating Effect of Parents'Habits

利用中国健康与营养调查(CHNS)数据,通过二分类Logistic回归模型和一般线性回归模型(OLS)探索性分析家庭社会经济地位对青少年体育锻炼行为的影响及父母生活习惯的中介效应。研究结果表明:家庭社会经济地位不仅直接影响青少年体育锻炼行为,也通过影响父母的体育活动和屏前娱乐时间等生活习惯间接影响子女体育锻炼。社会经济地位越高的家庭,父母的生活习惯越健康,体育锻炼频率更高。健康积极的家庭教育环境更易满足青少年成长的多元化体育需求,对青少年运动技能的培养和习惯养成具有重要意义。

Based on the China Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS)data,this study used binary Logistic regression model and general linear regression model(OLS)to explore the influence of family socioeconomic status on adolescents'physical exercise behavior and the mediating effect of parents'lifestyle habits.The results show that family socioeconomic status not only directly affects adolescents'physical exercise behavior,but also indirectly affects children's physical exercise through influencing parents'lifestyle habits such as physical activity and screen time.Parents with higher socioeconomic status had healthier habits and more physical activity.A healthy and positive family education environment is more likely to meet the diverse sports needs of teenagers,which is of great significance to the cultivation of sports skills and habit of teenagers.
