中小企业绿色创新多元导向实证研究:基于创新生态系统视角

Theoretical Logic and Practical Path of Promoting Chinese-style Modernization with High-quality Development

绿色创新是人们长期关注的重要问题,如何引导中小企业进行绿色创新已成为促进全球可持续发展的关键。基于创新生态系统理论,本文构建中小企业绿色创新生态系统导向机制模型,并对中小企业绿色创新的多元驱动因素进行实证分析。研究发现:顾客导向、市场竞争导向、技术进步导向、企业环境责任导向和政策法规导向均对中小企业绿色创新具有显著正向影响。其中:技术进步导向和企业环境责任导向对绿色工业创新和绿色产品创新均有正向影响;顾客导向和市场竞争导向仅对绿色产品创新具有正向影响;政策法规导向仅对绿色工艺创新具有正向影响。促进中小企业绿色创新,首先要准确识别影响中小企业绿色创新关键导向因素,其次要有效发挥中小企业绿色创新多元导向协调作用,再次要充分发挥绿色创新生态系统关键成员作用,最后要循序渐进构建中小企业绿色创新导向机制。

Green innovation is an important issue that people have long concerned about.How to guide small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)to carry out green innovation has become the key to promoting global sustainable development.Based on the innovation ecosystem theory,this paper constructs a model of guiding mechanism of green innovation ecosystem for SMEs,and empirically analyzes the multiple driving factors of green innovation of SMEs.It is found that customer orientation,market competition orientation,technological progress orientation,corporate environmental responsibility orientation and policy and regulation orientation all have significant positive effects on green innovation in SMEs.Among them,technological progress orientation and corporate environmental responsibility orientation have positive effects on green industrial innovation and green product innovation;customer orientation and market competition orientation only have positive effects on green product innovation;policy and regulation orientation only have positive effects on green process innovation.In order to promote green innovation of SMEs,we must first accurately identify the key guiding factors affecting the green innovation of SMEs.Secondly,we should effectively give play to the coordinating role of SMEs in green innovation,Thirdly,we should give full play to the role of key members of green innovation ecosystem,and finally,we should gradually build a green innovation-oriented mechanism for SMEs.
