基于ANSYS的下肢康复设备结构设计

Structural design of lower limb rehabilitation equipment based on ANSYS

摘要 利用SolidWorks设计一款下肢康复设备,协助下肢障碍患者进行步态康复训练,帮助下肢障碍患者恢复正常行走能力。利用ANSYS仿真软件对下肢康复设备进行结构分析,分析下肢康复设备在不同工况下产生的应力应变,验证下肢康复设备结构稳定性。结果表明,下肢康复设备结构设计合理,结构稳定性符合要求,满足下肢障碍患者使用要求。 A lower limb rehabilitation device was designed using SolidWorks to assist patients with lower limb disorders to perform gait rehabilitation training and help patients with lower limb disorders to restore their normal walking ability.ANSYS simulation software was used to analyze the structural analysis of the lower limb rehabilitation equipment,analyze the stress and strain generated by the lower limb rehabilitation equipment under different working conditions,and verify the structural stability of the lower limb rehabilitation equipment.The results show that the structural design of the lower limb rehabilitation equipment is reasonable,the structural stability meets the requirements,and meets the requirements for the use of patients with lower limb disorders.
