选区激光熔化STL模型切片算法研究

摘要 为解决STL模型切片过程中的数据存储冗余和奇异位置问题,提出了一种基于面拓扑关系的切片算法,通过三角面片位置关系的分析,识别并解决切片层高度与三角面片的边或点重合的奇异问题,保证了切片过程的稳定;通过点表和面表分别存储顶点数据和点面关系,将STL模型经过哈希去冗余处理后转换为拓扑结构模型,避免了顶点的重复存储;使用C++语言编写算法程序,采用多个复杂STL模型进行测试,结果显示:顶点存储消耗减小为原来的六分之一,并且通过凸凹棱的线段有效性识别,在变截面位置也能得到完整的边界。 In order to solve the problem of data storage redundancy and singular position in the process of STL model slicing,a slicing algorithm is proposed based on the topological relationship of faces.Through the analysis of the position relationship of triangular patches,the singular situation that the height of the slice layer coincides with the edge or point of the triangular patch is identified and solved,which ensures the stability of the slicing process;By storing vertex data and point plane relationship respectively in point table and surface table,STL model is transformed into topology model after Hash de-redundancy processing,avoiding repeated storage of vertices;The algorithm program is written in C++language,and several complex STL models are used for testing.The results show that the vertex storage consumption is reduced to one sixth of the original,and the complete boundary can also be obtained at the variable section position by the effective identification of convex and concave edges.
