摘要
锥形件的成型过程是集拉深和胀形于一体的复合成型过程。不锈钢餐盒属于典型的锥形拉深件,而起皱是不锈钢餐盒在拉深时最易出现的质量问题。借助于FASTAMP软件对中等高度锥形件在反拉深成型过程中出现的起皱问题进行分析,重新确定成型方案,并通过摩擦系数等参数的优化,解决中等高度锥形件在拉深时的起皱问题。研究表明:增大压料面积、选用厚向异性系数值大的材料、设置合理的摩擦系数,可成功解决中等高度锥形件侧壁起皱的问题。该案例在教学中有助于学生更深入地理解起皱和拉裂的原因、探索更合理多样的解决措施。
The forming process of a conical part is a compound forming process integrating drawing and bulging.The stainless steel lunch box belongs to typical conical drawing part,and wrinkling is the main quality problem of stainless steel lunch box in drawing.In this paper,FASTAMP software is used to analyze the wrinkling problem of medium-height conical part in the reverse-drawing process.The wrinkling problem of medium-height conical part in drawing is solved by redetermining forming scheme,and optimizing friction coefficient.The results show that the problem of side-wall wrinkling of medium-height conical part can be solved successfully by increasing the pressing area and setting reasonable friction coefficient.This case is helpful for students to better understand the causes of wrinkling and cracking,and to explore more reasonable and diversified solutions.
