优化的加权平均原则在承载力评价中的应用

摘要 为建立模糊综合评价结果与承载力预警等级的良好对应关系,对加权平均原则进行优化,从承载力预警等级出发,对应不同预警等级划分分值区间,根据分值区间及模糊综合评价结果向量,引入统计学思想进行承载力分值计算,通过所得分值确定承载力等级。以辽河盘锦市曙光大桥控制单元为例进行实例应用,并与传统加权平均原则进行对比,发现优化的加权平均原则所得承载力状态等级与区域实际情况更相符,验证了方法的合理性。 In order to establish a good correspondence between fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results and bearing capacity early warning level,this paper optimizes the weighted average principle,starts from the bearing capacity early warning level,divides the scoring range corresponding to different early warning levels,introduces statistical ideas to calculate the bearing capacity score according to the score interval and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result vector,and determines the bearing capacity level through the scored value.Taking the control unit of Shuguang Bridge in Panjin City,Liaohe River as an example,and comparing it with the traditional weighted average principle,it is found that the bearing capacity state grade obtained by the optimized weighted average principle is more consistent with the actual situation of the region,which verifies the rationality of the method.
