广东省石化企业碳排放核算及配额分配研究

The petrochemical industry is the foundation and pillar industry of the national economy,and also an important industrial sector to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutralization in China.As a high energy consumption and high carbon emission industry,Guangdong carbon market has included petrochemical industry since its inception.This article introduces the carbon emission accounting methods and allowance allocation methods for petrochemical enterprises in Guangdong Province,analyzes the improvements in the accounting methods,and puts forward relevant suggestions for accounting and allowance allocation,providing ideas for the continuous deepening of the pilot carbon market in Guangdong.
