摘要
饲料中禁止使用除中草药外的所有促生长类药物迫使人们寻找抗生素的替代品。单宁是多酚类次级代谢物,广泛分布于植物中。因其具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗病毒、抗寄生虫和抗菌等特性而被广泛研究。本文阐述了不同来源的单宁及不同的添加剂量对猪生长性能、肠道形态和肠道菌群的影响,为单宁在养猪业上的应用提供参考。
The prohibition of the use of all growth-promoting drugs except traditional Chinese medicine in feed forced people to find alternatives to antibiotics.Tannin is a secondary metabolite of polyphenols,which is widely distributed in plants.It has been widely studied because of its antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antiviral,anti-parasitic and antibacterial properties.This paper expounded the effects of tannins from different sources and different additives doses on the growth performance,intestinal morphology and gut microbiota of pigs,aimed to provide reference for the application of tannin in pig industry.
