刺参营养需求与饲料研究进展

Research progress on nutrition requirement and feed of sea cucumber

刺参富含蛋白质、氨基酸、微量元素,低脂肪、低胆固醇以及富含多糖、甾醇、皂苷等多种生物活性物质,以其特有的滋补和药用价值得到了消费者的广泛关注,是我国重要的海水养殖产品之一。本文对刺参蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素和矿物质需求量以及饲料添加剂的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为刺参精准营养需求的研究和高效环保型配合饲料的配制提供参考依据。

Sea cucumber is rich in protein,amino acid,trace elements,low fat,low cholesterol and rich in polysaccharide,sterol,saponin and other biological active substances.It has been widely concerned by consumers for its unique nourishing and medicinal value,and it is one of the important mariculture products in China.In this paper,the research progress of protein,lipid,carbohydrate,vitamin and mineral requirements and feed additives of sea cucumber was reviewed,so as to provide reference for the study of precise nutritional requirements of sea cucumber and the preparation of efficient and environmentally friendly compound feed.
