日粮添加罗汉果渣在广西麻鸡生产中的应用效果研究

摘要 为研究罗汉果渣在广西麻鸡生产中的应用效果,选定60日龄的广西麻鸡280只,随机分成7组,每组40只,进行100 d的饲养试验。试验1组为对照组(替代量为0%),试验2、3、4组鸡群分别使用纯罗汉果渣替代3%、6%、9%的全价日粮,试验5、6、7组鸡群分别使用罗汉果混合渣替代5%、10%、15%的全价日粮。试验结束测定试验鸡群的增重、饲料养分消化率、血液生化指标、屠宰性能等相关数据。试验结果显示:(1)添加6%的纯罗汉果渣及5%的罗汉果混合渣分别获得最高的均增重,且均增重分别比对照组提高了17.24%、19.35%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)日粮添加15%罗汉果混合渣可以显著提高广西麻鸡对日粮干物质及粗脂肪的消化率,分别比对照组提高了5.06%、12.61%。且添加罗汉果渣均有提高粗蛋白消化率的趋势,其中日粮添加6%罗汉果渣,粗蛋白消化率比对照组显著提高78.39%。但是降低了粗纤维和磷的消化率。(3)日粮添加9%纯罗汉果渣的鸡群白细胞、红细胞及血红蛋白数量最高,且白细胞数目、红细胞数目分别比对照组提高了5.58%、42.76%,血红蛋白含量是对照组的2.38倍。日粮添加5%罗汉果混合渣的鸡群平均血红蛋白含量和平均血红蛋白浓度较对照组均显著提高(P<0.05),且分别是对照组的2.47倍、2.39倍。(4)广西麻鸡日粮添加6%的纯罗汉果渣鸡群的综合屠宰性能最高,半净膛率、全净膛率及胸肌率均为最高,分别比对照组提高了5.49%、5.46%、8.75%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,罗汉果渣可以替代部分日粮在广西麻鸡生产中使用,且对鸡群具有促进生长、提高饲料养分消化率、提高屠宰性能等效果。 To study application of siraitia grosvenorii residue in Guangxi Chicken production,two hundred and eighty 60-day-old Guangxi Ma Chicken were selected and randomly divided into seven groups with 40 in each group,and the formal period was 100 d.Siraitia grosvenorii residue was used to replace 0%(group 1),3%(group 2),6%(group 3),9%(group 4)of the diet,siraitia grosvenorii mixture residue was used to replace 5%(group 5),10%(group 6),15%(group 7)of the diet,respectively.After the experiment,the growth performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical index of the Guangxi Ma Chicken were detected respectively.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain in the treatments of 6%siraitia grosvenorii residue and 5%siraitia grosvenorii mixture residue was the highest,which were increased by 17.24%,19.35%,respectively,compared with the control group.(2)The apparent utilization of dietary DM,CP,EE in the treatments of siraitia grosvenorii residue and siraitia grosvenorii mixture residue were significantly increased(P<0.05),and increased by 5.06%,78.39%,12.61%,compared with the control group.(3)Compared with the control group,the red blood cell,white blood cell,hemoglobin of the treatment of 9%siraitia grosvenorii residue increased by 5.58%,42.76%and 2.38 times respectively.The level of mean hemoglobin content and mean corpsular hemoglobin were significantly increased(P<0.05)compared with the control,increased by 2.47 times and 2.39 times respectively.(4)Percentage of half-eviscerated yield,percentage of eviscerated yield,breast meat percentages of the treatment of 9%siraitia grosvenorii residue was the highest,compared with the control group which increased by 5.49%,5.46%and 8.75%respectively(P>0.05).The study indicates that the growth performance,apparent utilization of dietary,slaughter performance of Guangxi Ma chicken were improved by adding siraitia grosvenorii residue to dietary diets.
