This paper introduces a method to sense the change of carrier output power of radio and television transmitter by monitoring the RF output coupling of radio and television transmitter.The characteristics of this monitoring method determine that it can adapt to the monitoring of various transmitters without any changes.It is of great significance in saving operation cost,improving the efficiency of transmitter maintenance and management and ensuring the safe broadcasting of radio and television.
