Construction and Implementation of Provincial Radio and Television Program Content Supervision System

本文针对全媒体融合发展现状,在充分利用现有监管平台的基础上,结合5G通信技术创新性地提出了一套“技术+机制”的监管方案,可实现对传统广播电视和新媒体的统一监管,为广播电视行业高效发展提供了思路。

In view of the current omni media integration,this paper uses the existing regulatory platform and combines with 5G communication technology to propose a regulatory scheme of“technology+mechanism”,so as to realize unified supervision of traditional radio and television and new media,thus providing ideas for the efficient development of the radio and television industry.
