卓越军事法治人才培养的问题、目标定位与路径选择

Problems,Target Orientation and Path Selection of Outstanding Military Legal Personnel Training

全面依法治军是一项系统性工程,是我们党建军治军的基本方式,而卓越军事法治人才对于加快治军方式根本性转变、提高国防和军队建设法治化水平具有重大战略意义。在梳理我国军事法治人才培养历史演进的基础上,分析当前在军事法治人才培养、师资编配、研究生进出机制等方面存在的问题。瞄准军事法治人才培养的目标定位,给出了卓越军事法治人才的培养路径,为卓越军事法治人才培养提供了有益思路。

It is a systematic project to comprehensively run the army in accordance with the law,which is the basic way for the Communist Party of China to build and run the armed forces.Outstanding military legal personnel are of great strategic significance to accelerate the fundamental transformation of the way of running the armed forces and to improve the rule of law level of national defense and army construction.On the basis of sorting out the historical evolution of military legal personnel training in China,this paper points out the existing problems in military legal personnel training,allocation of teachers and access of postgraduates,and proposes the path of cultivating outstanding military legal personnel in response to the cultivation goals,which may shed light on the cultivation of outstanding military personnel.
