Effectiveness Evaluation of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

摘要 军校开展课程思政体现出全程育人、为战育人、隐性育人和多元耦合的特点,进行课程思政成效评估需要坚持综合评估、导向评估、反馈评估和多元评估的原则,由此设计了基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价的课程思政评估模型。运用层次分析法建立了多层次评估指标体系,包括课程设计、教学实施、教学反思和教学反馈等4个评估维度,以及16个评估要素和53个评价指标,并选用德尔菲法和YAAHP软件计算评估要素权重分配。从同行评价、教员自评和学员反馈三个层面,运用模糊综合评价方法对课程思政成效进行综合评估,进一步发挥课程思政评估工作的反馈指导作用。 Developing curriculum ideological and political education(CIPE)in military academies embodies the characteristics of whole-course education,education for war,implicit education and multiple coupling.It is necessary to adhere to the principles of comprehensive evaluation,guidance evaluation,feedback evaluation and multiple evaluation when evaluating the effectiveness of CIPE in military academies.Therefore,based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a model of CIPE evaluation is designed.The multi-level evaluation index system is established by using the chromatographic analysis method,including four evaluation dimensions—curriculum design,teaching implementation,teaching reflection and teaching feedback——16 evaluation elements and 53 evaluation indexes.Delphi method and YAAHP software are used to calculate the weight distribution of evaluation elements.Through peer evaluation,teacher self-evaluation and student feedback,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of CIPE,making further use of the feedback and guidance role of CIPE evaluation work.
