摘要
“互联网+对分课堂”教学模式是信息化与人工智能时代背景下高校课程改革的新范式。“互联网+对分课堂”教学模式引入高校薪酬管理课程教学的必要性和可行性。在课程标准及大纲要求的基础上,划分薪酬管理课程模块并设计该模式下课程教学的具体安排,构建了“课前准备-课堂讲授-课后反馈”三阶段的线上线下交互式教学模式,以实现教师主导与学生主体有机统一,有效提高课堂教学质量。
The“Internet+PAD Class”teaching mode is a new paradigm of university curriculum reform in the context of informatization and artificial intelligence.This paper examines the necessity and feasibility of introducing the Salary Management Course into this framework.Based on the requirements of the curriculum standards and outline,the Salary Management Course is divided into modules,and a specific arrangement for course teaching is designed under this mode.The three-stage online and offline interactive teaching mode-“before class preparation-classroom teaching-after class feedback”is constructed to achieve seamless integration between teacher-led instruction and student-centered learning,thereby effectively improving the quality of classroom teaching.
