摘要
面向智能机加工车间生产过程,对天车调度问题进行研究。通过深入分析机加工车间生产情况,以天车最小安全距离、天车执行任务的位置等作为约束条件,建立了以最小化工位等待时间和最小化工位加工时间为优化目标的天车与AGV协同调度模型,并结合Plant Simulation仿真软件,在考虑天车调度规则和冲突解决方案的情况下对模型进行求解。以某机加工车间生产线为例进行仿真试验,与传统的天车分区作业方式对比分析,验证了协同调度模型的可行性和有效性。
Facing the production process of intelligent machine shop,the crane scheduling problem is studied.Through in-depth analysis of the production process of machine shop and taking the minimum safety distance of crane and the fixed position of the task as constraints,a collaborative scheduling model of crane and AGV is established,which minimizes the waiting time of workstations and the minimum processing time.Combined with the Plant Simulation software,the model is solved under the consideration of crown block scheduling rules and conflict resolution.Taking the production line of a machining workshop as an example,the simulation ex-periment is compared with the traditional crown block zoning operation mode to verify the feasibility and effec-tiveness of the collaborative scheduling model.
