摘要
以某35000 Nm^(3)/h等级空分精馏塔内件设计为背景,运用ANSYS Workbench对集液盘进行有限元分析,根据所得结果以标准要求为准则确定优化方向,提供了一种适应工程实际的优化思路,节约约50%设计成本,显著提高了经济效益;空分开车后氧氮达产,其中氧气纯度99.85%,氮气纯度达到10^(-6)级,设计满足了开车所需性能要求。
Based on the design of the internals of 35000 Nm^(3)/h air separation distillation column,the finite element analysis of the liquid collecting tray was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.According to the results,the optimization direction is determined according to the standard requirements.which saved~50%of the cost and significantly improved the economic benefits.After air separation start-up,oxygen and nitrogen are produced,with oxygen purity of 99.85%and nitrogen purity of grade 10^(-6).The design ensures the performance requirements required for actual industrial conditions.
