摘要
通过金相组织检测、力学性能检测和拉伸断口形貌分析,研究了淬火工装对铝合金气瓶的力学性能和微观组织影响。研究发现铝合金气瓶的淬火工装对其微观组织和力学性能都有积极的影响。使用尺寸贴合且能保证试料垂直入水的淬火工装,试料的固溶效果更好,微观组织更细小均匀,屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率更好。
The influence of quenching tooling on the mechanical properties and microstructure of aluminum alloy cylinders were studied.It is found that the quenching tooling of aluminum alloy gas cylinder has a positive impact on its microstructure and mechanical properties.Using a quencing tool which fits the size and can ensure that the samle enters the water vertically,the solid solution effect of the test material is better,the micro tissue is more small and uniform,and the yield strength,tensile strength and elongation are better.
