摘要
氟气腐蚀性极强,易损坏分析仪器,在分析定量的过程中面临诸多问题。采用配备TCD检测器的气相色谱仪,通过将氟气转化为氯气进行分析,对不同浓度的氟气混合气进行了分析研究,对氟气分析过程中的吸附性、进样重复性、定量线性、检测限、转化率等方面进行了深入探讨,为混合气中氟气含量的分析提供一定的指导方法。
Fluorine gas is extremely corrosive,which will damage analytical instruments and face many problems in the process of analysis and quantification.Using a gas chromatograph equipped with TCD detector,the fluorine gas mixture with different concentrations was analyzed by converting fluorine gas into chlorine gas,and the adsorption,sample injection repeatability,quantitative linearity,detection limit and conversion rate in the process of fluorine gas analysis were deeply discussed,which provided some guiding methods for the analysis of fluorine gas content in gas mixture.
