后疫情时代旅游餐饮浪费问题治理与文明消费观塑造

摘要 旅游餐饮浪费不仅威胁国家粮食安全、让旅游企业经营雪上加霜,更损害了旅游行业形象,不利于旅游业转型升级与高质量发展。后疫情时代遏制旅游餐饮浪费现象、树立文明的餐饮消费观十分重要。运用地理学、心理学与旅游学等学科理论,系统研究了后疫情时代旅游餐饮浪费问题。研究表明,旅游餐饮浪费具有多种表现形式,浪费现象发生具有复杂的经济、社会与文化根源;治理旅游餐饮浪费需要政府、行业、企业等主体共同努力;通过倡导文明消费、生态消费与文化消费等先进的旅游消费方式,转变现有的餐饮消费理念,形成科学、文明、理性的消费价值观。研究结果有助于唤起学界、业界对旅游餐饮浪费问题的重视,为政府监管和企业实践提供借鉴参考,促进后疫情时代旅游行业的转型升级与高质量发展。 Tourism food waste not only threatens the national food security and worsens the management situation of tourism enterprises,but also damages the image of the tourism industry and is not conducive to the transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of the tourism industry.In the post-epidemic era,it is very important to combat tourism food waste and establish a civilized view of food consumption.Using the theories of geography,psychology and tourism,this paper systematically studies the food waste of tourism industry in the post epidemic era.The research shows that tourism food waste has many forms,and the occurrence of waste has complex economic,social and cultural roots;combat tourism food waste needs the joint efforts of the government,industries,enterprises and other subjects;by advocating advanced consumption modes such as civilized tourism consumption,eco-tourism consumption and cultural tourism consumption,we should change the view of food consumption and establish a civilized view of consumption.The research results will help to arouse the attention of academia and industry to the problem of tourism food waste,and provide reference for government supervision and enterprise practice.
