摘要
为控制抽水蓄能电站建设成本,提出了一种基于协同博弈法的抽水蓄能电站建设成本优化方案,综合分析以电动重卡为主的抽水蓄能电站可变成本和不变成本,给出协同博弈算法的基本模型,计算电站5种辅助业务的业务量,并采用沙普利值法对协同博弈算法的模型进行求解,最终实现对电网各辅助业务之间成本进行分配,在不影响电站运行的情况下将建设成本减少至最小。易县抽水蓄能电站实例表明,经过协同博弈算法分配得到的最终建设成本由5.981×109元降至5.147×109元。
In order to control the construction cost of pumped-storage power station,an optimization scheme of the construction cost of pumped-storage power station is proposed based on the collaborative game method.The variable cost and constant cost of the pumped-storage power station using electric heavy trucks as transport mean are comprehensively analyzed,and the basic model of the collaborative game algorithm is given to calculate the business volume of five auxiliary services of the power station.The Shapley value method is used to solve the model of the collaborative game algorithm,and finally the cost of each auxiliary service of the power grid is distributed.The construction cost is reduced to the minimum without affecting the construction of power station.The example of Yixian Pumped-storage Power Station shows that the final construction cost optimizing by the cooperative game algorithm is reduced from 5.981 billion yuan to 5.147 billion yuan.
