煤制烯烃装置优化及节能思路

摘要 煤制烯烃(MTO)工艺是目前较流行的煤炭深加工化工工艺。通过对现有流程的分析,仍可以进一步优化物料上下游布置细节,挖掘出可观的经济效益,达到生产运行过程中的节能降耗。 The coal-to-olefin(MTO)process is currently the most popular coal deep processing process.The analysis of the existing process flow shows that it is still possible to further optimize the details of the upstream and downstream layout of the material and excavate considerable economic benefits,so as to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction during the operation.
