摘要
目的探究持续质量改进在胸外科护理管理中的效果。方法将2020年7—10月烟台市烟台山医院胸外科工作的10名护理人员为研究对象,实施前(2020年7—8月)按照传统护理程序进行护理管理,实施后(2020年9—10月)给予持续质量改进管理进行护理。对比实施前后护理管理质量各项数据和管理满意度。结果实施后护理管理质量的病房管理、患者管理、护理操作和管理满意度均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将持续质量改进管理应用于胸外科护理管理,可以提升整体护理质量,缩短护理的时间,提高效率,也有助于提升管理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement in nursing management of thoracic surgery.Methods Ten nurses working in thoracic surgery Department of Yantai Mountain Hospital from July to October 2020 were taken as the research objects.Before implementation(July to August 2020),nursing management was carried out according to traditional nursing procedures,and after implementation(September to October 2020),continuous quality improvement management was given for nursing.To compare various data on nursing management quality and management satisfaction before and after implementation.Results After implementation,the quality of nursing management in ward management,patient management,nursing operations,and management satisfaction were better than before implementation,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying continuous quality improvement management to nursing management in thoracic surgery can improve overall nursing quality,shorten nursing time,improve efficiency,and improve management satisfaction.
