持续质量改进应用于消化内科护理管理的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Continuous Quality Improvement Applied to Nursing Management of Gastroenterology Department

目的探究持续质量改进在消化内科护理管理中的效果。方法选取山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院2020年7月—2021年10月期间10名消化内科护理人员为研究对象,实施前(2020年7—12月)按照传统护理程序进行护理管理,实施后(2021年1—10月)给予持续质量改进管理进行护理,对比实施前后护理管理质量和管理满意度。结果实施后的护理管理质量和管理满意度均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将持续质量改进管理应用于消化内科护理管理可以提升整体护理质量,提高效率,也有助于提升管理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement in nursing management of gastroenterology department.Methods From July 2020 to October 2021 at the Shandong Guoxin Health Care Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital,10 nurses from the Department of Gastroenterology were selected as the research subjects.Before implementation(July—December 2020),nursing management will be performed according to traditional nursing procedures,and after implementation(January—October 2021),continuous quality improvement management will be used for nursing.The nursing management quality and management satisfaction were compared before and after implementation.Results After implementation,the nursing management quality and management satisfaction were better than those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying continuous quality improvement management to the nursing management of gastroenterology can improve the overall nursing quality,improve efficiency,and also help improve management satisfaction.
