护理风险管理在外科护理管理中的应用探索

Exploration on the Application of Nursing Risk Management in Surgical Nursing Management

目的探讨外科护理管理中采取护理风险管理的实际效果。方法选取2020年11月—2021年11月枝江市中医医院14名外科护理人员,通过随机数表法进行分组,每组7名。对照组接受常规管理,观察组接受护理风险管理,对比两组管理效果。结果观察组护患纠纷率、风险事件发生率、投诉率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者安全事故发生率为8.0%,低于对照组的24.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理服务质量整体评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理满意度为100.0%,高于对照组的71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在压力性损伤、非计划性拔管、窒息方面的安全知识掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科护理管理中采取护理风险管理可降低安全事件发生,提高整体服务质量。

Objective To explore the practical effect of adopting nursing risk management in surgical nursing management.Methods 14 surgical nursing staff from Zhijiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected and grouped by random number table method,with 7 members in each group.The control group received routine management,while the observation group received nursing risk management,and the management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had lower rates of nurse patient disputes,risk events,and complaints compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of patient safety accidents in the observation group was 8.0%,lower than that in the control group(24.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall score of nursing service quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with management in the observation group was 100.0%,higher than 71.4%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a higher mastery rate of safety knowledge in terms of pressure injury,unplanned extubation,and asphyxia compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting nursing risk management in surgical nursing management can reduce the occurrence of safety incidents and improve the overall service quality.
