优化工作流程管理在县级医院护理管理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Optimized Workflow Management in County Hos⁃pital Nursing Management

目的分析优化工作流程管理在县级医院护理管理的应用。方法选取2021年1—12月山东省泗水县人民医院护理人员200名为研究对象,1号楼实施优化工作流程管理模式为观察组(n=102),2号楼实施普通管理模式为对照组(n=98),对比管理前后两组护理人员考核成绩、护理满意度及投诉率。结果管理前,两组护理人员考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,观察组护理人员的理论成绩(89.81±7.56)分、技能成绩(94.23±9.26)分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,观察组护理投诉率明显低于对照组,观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化工作流程管理在管理方法上具有优势,明显提高了管理质量,减少了患者护理投诉率,提高了护理满意度。

Objective To analyze and optimize the application of workflow management in nursing management of county hospitals.Methods 200 nurses from Sishui County People's Hospital,Shandong Province from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.The observation group(n=102)implemented the optimized work process management mode in Building 1,and the control group(n=98)implemented the general management mode in Building 2.The result of examination,nursing satisfaction and complaint rate of the two groups of nurses before and after the management were comparedv Results Before management,there was no statistically significant difference in the result of examination between the two groups of nursing staff(P>0.05);after management,the theoretical score(89.81±7.56)points and skill score(94.23±9.26)points of the nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the nursing complaint rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimization of workflow management has advantages in management methods,significantly improve the quality of management,reduce the patient care complaint rate,improve nursing satisfaction.
