摘要
目的研讨儿科护理工作中,强化护理管理对儿科护士工作倦怠的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年2月巨野县人民医院儿科护理工作人员50名为研究对象,2020年1月—2021年1月(实施前)实施常规护理管理,2021年2月—2022年2月(实施后)实施强化护理管理,对比实施前后儿科护士工作倦怠、工作满意度。结果实施后情绪衰竭(17.23±1.54)分、去人格化(5.24±1.54)分、低个人成就感(25.25±1.75)分,均低于实施前(22.24±1.54)分、(9.24±1.54)分、(33.24±1.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后工作满意度(96.00%)显著高于实施前(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护士工作倦怠情况较为常见,通过实施强化护理管理,可改善儿科护士的工作倦怠情况,提升其工作满意度。
Objective To study the effect of intensive nursing management on job burnout of pediatric nurses.Meth⁃ods Fifty pediatric nursing staff of Juye County People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as research objects.Routine nursing management was implemented from January 2020 to January 2021(before implementation),and intensive nursing management was implemented from February 2021 to February 2022(after implementation).The job burnout and job satisfaction of pediatric nurses were compared before and after implementation.Results The scores of emotional failure(17.23±1.54)points,depersonalization(5.24±1.54)points and low personal achievement(25.25±1.75)points after implementation were significantly lower than those before implementation(22.24±1.54)points,(9.24±1.54)points and(33.24±1.59)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Job satisfaction after implementation(96.00%)was higher than that before implementation(82.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Job burnout of pediatric nurses is more common.Through the implementation of intensive nursing management,the job burnout of pediatric nurses can be improved and their job satisfaction can be enhanced.
