精益化管理对静配中心药品配制的价值研析

Analysis on the Value of Lean Management to Drug Formulation in Dis⁃pensing Center

目的评估静配中心药品配制中精益化管理的作用。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月泰安市妇幼保健院药剂科32名调配人员为研究对象,抽签分为精益组和参考组,每组16名,前者行精益化管理,后者行常态化管理。统计药品调配差错事件发生率(调查对象为各组别调配的200张处方),评估调配人员调配技能,调查管理满意度。结果精益组审核差错率、调配差错率、摆放差错率、标签差错率和包装差错率均低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后两组研究对象调配技能分值均上升,精益组得分高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精益组管理满意度为93.75%高于参考组的56.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精益化管理能规避调配不良事件发生,增强个人技能,提高静配中心管理质量,确保静脉用药安全性。

Objective To evaluate the role of lean management in drug formulation in the static center.Methods A total of 32 staff from the Department of Pharmacy of Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and 16 people in each group were divided into lean group and reference group,the former for lean management and the latter for normal management.Statistics on the incidence of drug allocation errors(the survey subjects are 200 prescriptions dispensed by each group),evaluate the deployment skills of dispensing personnel,and investigate management satisfaction.Results The audit error rate,allocation error rate,placement error rate,labeling error rate and packaging error rate of the lean group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of allocation skills of the two groups increased,and lean group score was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction rate of the lean group was 93.75%,which was higher than that of the reference group(56.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lean management can avoid the occurrence of adverse events,enhance personal skills,improve the management quality of static distribution centers,and ensure the safety of intravenous medication.
