基于大数据驱动的公共卫生事业管理创新研究

Research on Innovation of Public Health Management Based on Big Data

在“互联网+传统事业”的新业态背景下,利用大数据技术、资源、平台等驱动公共卫生事业管理创新,已经成为我国公共卫生主体谋求改革、促进发展的重要手段。依托大数据的海量收集、信息整合、科学分析、精准预测等优势,不仅可以消除公共卫生事业信息壁垒,还能够加速数据共享、促进多主体协同,从而大幅度提升公共卫生事业管理效率与质量。本文从创新角度出发,探索公共卫生事业管理对大数据驱动的诉求、面临的创新困境,并提出基于大数据驱动的公共卫生事业管理创新路径。

Under the background of the new business form of"Internet+traditional business",the use of big data technology,resources,platforms,etc.to drive innovation in public health business management has become an important means for my country's public health subjects to seek reform and promote development.Relying on the advantages of massive collection of big data,information integration,scientific analysis,and accurate prediction,it can not only eliminate information barriers in public health,but also accelerate data sharing and promote multi-subject collaboration,thereby greatly improving the efficiency and quality of public health management.From the perspective of innovation,this paper explores the demands of public health management on big data-driven and the innovation difficulties it faces,and proposes an innovation path for public health management based on big data.
