骨科临床带教中临床路径教学法的应用研究

摘要 目的分析骨科临床带教中临床路径教学法的应用效果。方法选取山东省东平县人民医院2022年1—12月的100名骨科临床实习生为研究对象,按教学模式的差异将其分为观察组和对照组,各50名,观察组教学模式为路径教学法,对照组教学模式为传统教学,对比两组教学前后教学效果评分(包括沟通能力、实践能力、创新思维)、考核成绩(包括理论考核、综合素质、操作技能、职业态度)改善情况、实习生带教满意度与临床带教效果。结果两组实习生教学前沟通能力、实践能力、创新思维评分与理论考核、综合素质、操作技能、职业态度等考核成绩评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学后各项评分均显著提高,且观察组升高幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生带教满意度、临床带教效果均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科临床带教中临床路径教学法具有良好的应用效果,可以提升实习生的理论知识水平和操作技能水平,还有利于提升实习生的沟通能力、实践能力、创新思维,改善实习生的综合素质和职业态度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in orthopedic clinical teaching.Methods A total of one hundred orthopedic clinical interns in the Dongping County People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the difference of teaching mode,with fifty cases in each group.The teaching mode of the observation group was the pathway teaching method,and the teaching mode of the control group was the traditional teaching.The improvement of teaching effect score(including communication ability,practical ability,innovative thinking),assessment performance(including theoretical assessment,comprehensive quality,operational skills,professional attitude),intern teaching satisfaction and clinical teaching effect of the two groups were compared before and after teaching.Results before teaching there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in pre-teaching communication ability,practical ability,innovative thinking and theoretical assessment,comprehensive quality,operational skills,professional attitude and other assessment scores(P>0.05).After teaching the various score were significantly improved,and the increase of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The trainee teaching satisfaction and clinical teaching effect of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway teaching in orthopedic clinical teaching has a good application effect,which can improve the theoretical knowledge level and operational skills of interns,it is also conducive to improve the communication ability,practical ability and innovative thinking of interns,improve their comprehensive quality and professional attitude,and help interns become more qualified.
