提高医务人员手卫生依从性对降低医院感染的作用

Effect of Improving Hand Hygiene Compliance of Medical Staff on Reducing Nosocomial Infection

目的分析提高医务人员手卫生依从性对降低医院感染的作用。方法在2019年3月—2021年4月期间,随机选取烟台市烟台山医院的160名医务人员作为研究对象,展开对医务人员的手卫生依从性统计,2019年3月—2020年3月为培训前,仅采取一般的培训管理方式,2020年4月—2021年4月期间为培训后,重点对手卫生相关知识进行宣教培训。比较管理前后,医务人员手卫生依从性,并统计医院感染情况、手卫生合格率等指标。结果培训前,医务人员的平均考核成绩为(83.12±3.09)分,低于培训后的(91.56±5.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,医务人员在诊疗操作、接触患者前后的手卫生依从率,均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,医务人员的手卫生合格率高于培训前,医院感染率低于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经医院感染培训后,提升了医务人员的相关知识水平,在诊疗操作、接触患者前后的手卫生依从率也有所提高,大幅度降低了医院的感染情况。

Objective To analyze the effect of improving medical staff's hand hygiene compliance on reducing nosocomial infection.Methods From March 2019 to April 2021,160 medical workers in Yantai Mountain Hospital were randomly selected as research objects to conduct statistics on hand hygiene compliance of medical workers.The period from March 2019 to March 2020 was before the training,and only general training management was adopted.The period from April 2020 to April 2021 was after the training,and the key hand health related knowledge was promoted and trained.The hand hygiene compliance of medical staff before and after management was compared,and the nosocomial infection and the pass rate of hand hygiene were counted.Results Before training,the average assessment score of medical staff was(83.12±3.09)points,lower than that after training(91.56±5.64)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff before and after diagnosis and treatment and contact with patients were higher than those before training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the qualified rate of hand hygiene of medical staff was higher than before training,and the nosocomial infection rate was lower than before training,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the nosocomial infection training,the relevant knowledge level of medical staff has been improved,and the hand hygiene compliance rate before and after the diagnosis and treatment operation and contact with patients has also been improved,greatly reducing the situation of hospital infection.
