一站式服务中心的核心目的是“以患者为中心”即“以患者为本”,一切为了患者,一切服务患者,一切方便患者,无论是“以患者为中心,以提高医疗质量为主题”的医院管理模式,还是“两好一满意(质量好、服务好、群众满意)”的理念,都体现了这一理念,深刻体现了“以人(患者)为本”的核心理念。本文通过分析医院住院当中如何构建一站式的服务模式,全面优化住院服务的核心思维,以期构建一个更加科学,高效的高质量,人性化的服务体系结构,让患者获得更好的治疗体验。本文通过分析一站式服务中心的含义,服务的内容以及一站式服务中心在住院服务当中的具体效果,希望可以为后续的一站式服务中心推广提供相应的参考依据,全面推动一站式服务中心在住院服务当中的发展。

The core purpose of the one-stop service center is"patient-centered",that is,"patient-oriented".Everything is for patients,everything serves patients,and everything is convenient for patients,whether it is the hospital management model of"patient-centered,with the theme of improving medical quality",or the concept of"two good and one satisfaction(good quality,good service,and satisfaction of the masses),all embody this concept,and deeply embody the core concept of"people(patient)-oriented".This article analyzes how to build a one-stop service model in hospital inpatients,and comprehensively optimizes the core thinking of inpatient services.In order to build a more scientific,efficient,high-quality,and humanized service system structure,so that patients can obtain a better treatment experience.This paper analyzes the meaning of the one-stop service center,the content of the service and the specific effect of the one-stop service center in hospitalization services.It is hoped that it can provide corresponding references for the subsequent promotion of one-stop service centers,and comprehensively promote the development of one-stop service centers in hospitalization services.
