摘要
对高端聚烯烃需求的不断加大促使对茂金属催化剂的助催化剂甲基铝氧烷(MAO)的需求量不断增加。为了解决MAO进口依赖度高的问题,迫切需要实现MAO国产化。概述了MAO的发现历程,综述了国内外制备烷基铝氧烷的方法,包括水解法和非水解法,对国内MAO的工业化发展提出了展望。
The increasing demand for high-end polyolefins has led to an increasing demand for the cocatalyst methylaluminoxane(MAO)for metallocene catalysts.In order to solve the problem of high dependence on MAO imports,there is an urgent need to achieve the localization of MAO.This article provides an overview of the discovery process of MAO,and summarizes the methods for preparing alkylaluminoxanes at home and abroad,including hydrolysis and non-hydrolysis methods,and puts forward prospects for the industrial development of MAO in China.
