Medication law of CHEN Xianying,a national famous veteran doctor of traditional Chinese medicine at the grass-roots level

目的:简介全国基层名老中医、贵州省名中医陈贤英副主任医师的陈氏用药心法。方法:回顾陈老学医行医的成才之路,简介陈氏用药心法如下:①发展沿流,表现在医德、医风、医术上的传承;②核心内涵,强调辨证论治、重视理法方药的完整性:内科彰显“圆机活法,方药灵动”,用药时讲究清灵活泼、因地制宜、注重滋养后天脾胃;外科体现“内外兼治、突出外治”,长于以外治法配外用药治疗外科疾病;妇科强调“妇人尤以调经为要”,常将种子与调经相结合,采取周期性治疗;儿科重视“稚阴稚阳,护益脾胃”,创拟艾叶钩藤汤防治胎毒、小儿止咳糖梨止咳、米花水药引调理脾胃,擅治小儿疑难杂病;③汲取民间经验、地方特色突出,不断吸收民间草医、苗医、仡佬医宝贵的经验,喜用地方药、善用单味药,并利用温泉资源治病;④验案举隅为2例儿科验案,通过诊断及用方用法用量展示了陈氏用药心法的特色及有效性。结果:文章较为全面地介绍了陈氏用药心法的起源、发展及概况,并通过验案对其特色及有效性进行了展示。结论:陈氏用药心法百年传承、历久弥新,理论根基深厚、病例实践丰富,值得学习推广。

Objective:To introduce the medication law of CHEN Xianying,a national famous veteran doctor of traditional Chinese medicine at the grass-roots level,and a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine of Guizhou.Methods:To review Master CHEN’s career of studying and practicing medicine,and to introduce CHEN’s medication law as follows:①The development process,which is manifested in the inheritance of medical ethics,medical style and medical skill.②Core connotation,which emphasizes that treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation,require the coherence between theory and prescription:internal medicine highlights the“Be flexible under different circumstances and different time”,the prescription should be habituated to local conditions,should protect the gastrointestinal absorption function at any time.Surgical diseases treatment emphasizes combination with external medication.Gynecology diseases treatment emphasizes that“regulating women’s menstruation is especially crucial”and often combines treating patients who are unable to conceive with menstruation regulation.Pediatrics diseases treatment attaches importance to“The children are in the preliminary stage of growth,the gastrointestinal absorption function should be protected”,and Aiye Gouteng decoction(艾叶钩藤汤)is made and prescribed to prevent derived poison,Xiaoer Zhike Tangli(小儿止咳糖梨)is made to treat children cough,and Mihuashui decoction(米花水)is used to regulate the spleen and stomach,and Master CHEN is good at treating complicated diseases in children.③Drawing on folk experience and highlight local characteristics.Constantly absorbing the precious experience of folk herb medicine,Miao medicine(苗医),and Gelao medicine(仡佬医),preferring to use local prescription,making good use of single medicinal,and using hot spring resources to treat diseases.④The characteristics and effectiveness of CHEN’s method of traditional Chinese medicine were demonstrated through diagnosis and usage of prescription and dosage in 2 pediatric cases.Results:The paper introduces the origin,development and general situation of CHEN’s method of traditional Chinese medicine,and demonstrates its characteristics and effectiveness through two representative case.Conclusion:CHEN’s method of traditional Chinese medicine has been passed down for a hundred years,with profound theoretical foundation and abundant practice,which is worth learning and popularizing.
