地面气象观测站自动化监控预警平台设计与实现 被引量:3

摘要 文章基于分布式技术的气象综合业务实时监控技术架构,开展地面气象观测站自动化监控技术研究,详细设计了气象观测站自动化监控总体流程、数据采集对接策略、关键技术指标、监控信息和告警信息。采用面向服务的体系结构开发并实现地面气象观测站自动化监控和告警,增强了业务故障预警能力,提高了设备运维保障效率,研究成果在四川省、市、县三级气象部门开展业务应用,解决了观测自动化业务综合观测运行监控能力不足的难题,极大地提高了地面气象观测自动化水平。 This paper,based on the real-time monitoring technology framework for integrated meteorological services,in which the distributed technology is adopted,makes a research of the study of automatic monitoring technology for surface meteorological station and designs in details the following aspects involved in the automatic monitoring for meteorological observation station,including overall process,data acquisition and interconnection strategy,key technical indicators,monitoring information and warning information.The service oriented system structure development is adopted and the automatic monitoring and warning functions for the surface meteorological observation station are realized,enhancing the capacity of early warning for operation faults and improving the operation and maintenance efficiency of equipment.Besides,the research results are applied in the operations conducted in the meteorological departments of provincial,municipal and county levels respectively,and in this way,the problem of insufficient capacity in comprehensive observation and operation monitoring for automatic operations is solved and the automatic level of ground meteorological observation is greatly improved.
