摘要
本文依托广州市执信中学二沙岛校区装配式项目的地下室工程,针对该工程地下室非人防区域需要拆除重建,新旧地下室交接部位的不均匀沉降将成为地下水渗漏的薄弱点的情况,研究合适的防水处理方法。研究结果表明,新旧地下室交接部位需要采取特殊的防水处理措施,防止不均匀沉降造成的开裂渗漏,处理措施需要遵循防水和疏水结合的原则,设置多道防水措施,包括“刚柔并济”的刚性和柔性材料组合防水,以及预埋PVC管道设置疏水层的排水措施。施工过程应当采取严格的质量控制措施,保证新旧地下室交接部位的防水效果。
This paper relies on the basement project of the prefabricated project of Ershadao campus of Guangzhou Zhixin middle school.In view of the fact that the non civil air defense area of the basement needs to be demolished and rebuilt,and the uneven settlement at the junction of the old and new basement will become the weak point of groundwater leakage,this paper studies the appropriate water prevention treatment method.The research results show that special waterproof treatment measures need to be taken at the junction of the old and new basements to prevent cracking and leakage caused by uneven settlement.The treatment measures need to follow the principle of combining waterproof and hydrophobic,and set multiple waterproof measures,including the combination of rigid and flexible materials of"combination of rigid and flexible"and the drainage measures of setting hydrophobic layer for embedded PVC pipes.Strict quality control measures shall be taken during construction to ensure the waterproof effect of the joint of the new and old basement.
